Bob Shields recently spoke at the 2022 Boston Sea Rovers Public Safety Diver Workshop. He presented on New Ideas for Operational Issue for PSD Teams. It focused on the importance of point last seen and witness interviews, early notification of dive teams, and victim survivability.
